With all the political, social and environmental drama that’s playing out these days the world’s arguably a scary enough place as it is without resorting to Halloween thrills and chills. But if you simply can’t abide the idea of not getting your costume on to celebrate the season, here’s a mix of family-friendly and adult events to do in the run-up to Oct. 31.
