Media Sales Consultant – Planet S magazine


This an incredible and unique opportunity to fill a key role responsible for new business development, and the maintenance and growth of the vast majority of our current annual client accounts.

What you’ll need to bring to the table:

You’re comfortable selling Print, Web and Digital services, and content marketing, contesting, and sponsorship packages to a wide variety of customers.

You love working with customers, the sales manager and production designer to create both unforgettable print and cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

You understand the latest digital marketing applications and have the presentation skills to communicate their power clearly, confidently and enthusiastically for all levels of customer familiarity.

You’re eager to book face-to-face meetings with local prospects to review their needs and an aptitude for creating winning proposals for them. And you’re excited about using cold calling, social media, personal, organizational and event networking to generate leads.

IN SHORT: You’re a superstar with a magnetic personality who creates fantastic relationships across a diverse spectrum of clients, from local shops and restaurants to cultural organizations and large corporations. You’re energized to make phone calls, create engaging emails and social media messages, and meet with prospects to keep your leads pipeline full at all times. You love the thought of promoting the Planet S brand playfully yet professionally with daily posts on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, and you’ve been looking for exactly the one-of-a-kind opportunity only Planet S can give you as our sole Saskatoon salesperson.
