SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Subscriptions will be mailed though Canada Post on our publication dates (every second Thursday). Your subscription will start upon publication of the first issue following your order.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery of gift cards.
T-shirts might be shipped separately.
Specific gift cards will be available while supplies last. We will update our subscription and checkout pages frequently to reflect what is available at the time of purchase. If the subscription package you purchased has sold out of the gift card highlighted, you will receive card(s) of equivalent value.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Pay-as-you-go: Once we receive notice of your cancellation, we will stop charging your credit card as of the next billing cycle, which is every four weeks. If the value of the gift cards you received exceeds the amount you have paid, you will be charged the difference. It’s only fair, right?
Pre-paid: Your subscription refund will be pro-rated based on where you are in your current subscription, less the value of the gift cards you received.
Planet S does not accept returns on gift cards.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
NSF cheques are subject to a $15 charge.
PRIVACY
We use a third party provider to assist in the provision and fulfilment of the subscription service on our behalf. We may pass personal information you have provided to such third parties, but only for the purposes of providing the subscription service to you. Your personal information will be dealt with in accordance with our privacy policy.
The only personally identifiable information Planet S obtains about individual users through our website is information supplied voluntarily by the user. Users interacting with our site may provide Prairie Dog with name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, domain name or URL, or other personally identifiable information that Planet S may use for its own business purposes. Prairie Dog will collect and use this information for the ability to provide and change service, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, for billing purposes, or to create or inform you of products and services that better meet your needs.
